The Vision Behind Casa Grande Caletas

Casa Grande Caletas is a luxurious villa currently under construction, designed to offer an unforgettable experience in beautiful Costa Rica.

The owner, Daniel, has a deep connection to the area, having visited the nearby hotel with his family multiple times. He fell in love with the breathtaking sunset views from Caletas Hill and the daily symphony of jungle sounds.

Inspired by this, he decided to share his love for the country by building luxurious villas that provide the highest comfort and an authentic experience for every visitor.

Casa Grande Caletas is a luxurious villa located on the slopes of Caletas Mountain, near Jaco and Los Sueños, just a 20-minute drive from Jaco and 1.5 hours from San José.

Situated on a private road, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets, all surrounded by nature. Its peaceful, secluded location ensures privacy and tranquility, while still being close to beaches, surf spots, national parks, and more.

With both mountain and ocean views, this villa is an ideal location for a perfect vacation in Costa Rica’s tropical paradise.

Casa Grande Caletas sits on the hillside of Caletas, along a private road that leads to Villa Caletas. The villa is just 20 minutes from Jaco and about 1.5 hours from San José.

From its unique location, the property overlooks the ocean with spectacular sunset views and is surrounded by untouched nature. Being on a private road makes it quiet, safe, and very private -perfect for anyone who wants to be immersed in nature but still close to beaches, surf spots, national parks, shopping, and restaurants.

The villa offers both mountain and ocean views. The area is safe and peaceful, with easy access to many attractions.

It’s an ideal choice for families and groups, vacations or private events.
